Rates

2025 daily rates are $499 in season (Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day), and $349 off season, 2 nights minimum. There is a flat rate of $175 for cleaning, regardless of the duration. We use a professional cleaning service, and this fee covers their charge.

2025 weekly rates are discounted to $2775 in season and $2100 off season, and the cleaning fee is waived.

During the summer we typically book weekly and bi-weekly rentals with Friday check-ins, but let us know if you have other needs as we may be able to accommodate.

The space

We have recently completed a renovation of the interior space, adding new lighting, refreshed flooring, and an updated bathroom. A full walkway from the porch to the lake was also just completed, along with a lakeside deck to enjoy more time near the water.
The natural wood is beautiful, and you really feel like you've escaped to the forest. You'll probably hear the loons early in the morning, and spot the eagle flying high to its nearby nest in the afternoon.
There are 2 Bedrooms. BR 1 has a queen bed. BR 2 has 2 twin beds. A pullout sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress is located in the living room to accommodate 6 total guests.
The single bathroom is split into a toilet room and a separate shower room, which tends to better accommodate daily routines.
Grill and propane provided.

Guest access

You'll have access to the cottage, dock (in season), and fire pit. Staircase provides direct access to the lake from the cabin porch. Parking can accommodate 2 vehicles. We can also accommodate parking for your boat trailer, if needed.

Other things to note

High-speed WiFi is available in the cottage
Check-in is self-service with access code delivered prior to check-in
TVs are set up to allow you to log into your personal streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, etc)
Check-in time: 3:00pm. Check-out time: 10:00am.
Typical water depth near the end of the dock is 36-42" and can accommodate most boats up to 23-25ft in length
There is no laundry on site. There are laundromats in nearby Pittsfield (15 minutes) and Concord (20 minutes)
Dock is removed at the end of the boating season, typically near the beginning of October, and installed in May
